Requirements for A/S
1. Please write down the details of defect and installation environment at a note pad.
2. Please write down the address and phone number to receive a product.
Others
1. Please pay delivery fee in advance when you send your product for A/S. After A/S, we will pay for the delivery
fee to return the product.
2. When A/S is required due to a customer’s mistake or when A/S guarantee period of a product is expired,
a customer can be charged with maintenance fee.
3. Please do not decompose or assembly the product arbitrarily.
4. It may take about 3 to 5 days for A/S, but it can be changed depending on the circumstances of a delivery
service company.
